    DeMuth Florist is a full service professional florist. We carry a full line of fresh cut European, Exotic and Tropical flowers. Our designs include Traditional, Victorian, Contemporary and High-Style. DeMuth Florist provides quality, selection, service and satisfaction. We guarantee it.

    Established in 1865, DeMuth Florist is the 5th oldest florist in the country. Edward DeMuth, the owner, represents the forth generation of the DeMuth family of florists.

    Peter Rist DeMuth, founder of the company, originally sold garden flowers and vegetable plants raised on a farm north of Connellsville on DeMuth Road. In 1892, greenhouses were built on South Pittsburgh Street in Connellsville. At the turn of the century a retail flower shop was opened in the Connellsville business district. A second shop was opened in Scottdale in the early 1920's.

    The firm was known as P. R. DeMuth and Sons Florists. In 1980 the name was shortened to DeMuth Florist Inc. 

      DeMuth Florist has been a member of FTD since 1919. We also are a Teleflora florist.

      Besides carrying a complete selection of fresh cut flowers, we also have available seasonal blooming plants, dish gardens which are assorted foliage and blooming plants in wicker baskets, potted floor plants, quality silk arrangements, balloon bouquets, stuffed animals, junk food baskets and fresh fruit baskets.

     We always carry nationally advertised arrangements during all seasonal holidays. Our daily delivery area includes Connellsville, Scottdale, Mt. Pleasant, Dawson, Dunbar, Everson and Vanderbilt.
